For the past three years Empire Union & California Education Partners partnered with more than 35 school districts all across the state to hardwire coherence in their systems with a focus on early math. The collaboration (P3CC) brought together multi-level teams from participating districts to address the challenge of making the transition from preschool and TK to kindergarten (and beyond) as seamless as possible.
