Amy Williams

Amy is the Program Manager for the Pre-K to 3rd Grade Coherence Collaboration (P3CC), serving as improvement coach, facilitator, and knowledge broker to foster the development of continuous improvement and organizational coherence to improve student outcomes.

Amy has served 26 years in education as a teacher, school psychologist, special education program manager, K-8 principal, and district coordinator for Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) and Universal Design for Learning (UDL). As a district leader she coached aspiring administrators earning their Administrative Credential.

Amy earned a B.A. in Psychology, Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, Education Administration Credential from California State University, Fresno, a M.A. in Education, Pupil Services Credential in School Psychology from Fresno Pacific University, and Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from California State University, Fresno where she researched teachers’ perspectives on implementing UDL.

Throughout her career Amy has worked to create access and opportunities for students honoring the strengths and talents each student brings to their classrooms and schools.
