Chris Rodriguez

Chris is a Senior Program Manager with the College On-Track Collaboration, supporting districts to ensure 9th grade students are on track to college success.  He also coordinates development of our District-to-District program model.

He has worked for nearly twenty years through all of K-12 as a classroom teacher in general and special education inclusion, curriculum coordinator, instructional coach, new teacher mentor, and RTI coach.  He has experience in state and national assessment creation, standard-writing, and impacting state education policy through the elevation of teacher voice.

Chris earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education-Secondary from New Mexico State University and a Masters in Elementary Teaching from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. His training and experience have focused on equity, data-based instruction, and continuous school improvement.  

Chris believes that high-quality instruction in every classroom is sustained through a high-quality education system and values the role all stakeholders hold in creating better systems.
