Q: What is something you do a lot in your job? 
A key aspect of my role involves developing colleagues, cultivating strong relationships, and managing collaborative efforts to expand opportunities. I frequently pose reflective questions to gain a deeper understanding of individuals’ practices and organizational systems before offering recommendations or direction. This approach ensures that my support is contextually informed and aligned with shared objectives.

Q: What is one thing you’ve learned from working with school districts as an Ed Partners program manager? 
One thing I’ve learned is that persistence and honesty are essential to building trust and making meaningful progress with district teams. Turning common sense into common practice requires consistent commitment, clear communication, and a willingness to be a true and engaged partner through challenging moments.

Q: What are you in the learning zone around right now? 
Right now, I’m in the learning zone around thinking about sustainability from day one—considering how to build systems and supports that can last beyond initial implementation and continue adding value over time. I’m exploring how to embed capacity-building and ownership early on so that efforts remain impactful and relevant long term.
